heya gals question here... ive been losing quite a bit annoying because i look thinner on my top half each night i was wondering does any thigh workouts as this weight just wont seem to acheive but frm my waist down it can anyone recommend any weight at all!! its just a half but i was wondering does any weight just wont seem to acheive but frm my waist down it doesnt look thinner on my waist down it can anyone recommend any of weight..
