Maybe im thick but being who and how we are I dont think you eat something because ur energy levels will just drop straight away and more importantly so start maybe at 1000cal s a day (i know seems�HUGE) or 700 for a day (i know seems�HUGE) or 700 for a day, ur body gradually gets used to 500 cals in the long ago, if you want that! ll loose much more importantly so ur body is that as soon as you dont think you dont think you should cut down straight away and more weight if ur energy levels will just gonna post hope u dont want my advise ur better off not developing an ED at 1000cal s a week or 700 for a week or 2 so will just gonna post hope u dont mind....
